BOOT CAMP

Full body Focus - A 45 Minute full-body workout that combines strength and cardio exercises to build endurance, strength, and overall fitness. This class is designed to challenge both the body and mind, pushing participants to their limits and beyond. All participants are encouraged to work at their own pace and intensity level. If you're looking for a challenging and effective workout that will push you to your limits, a boot camp class is just what you need.

BOOT CAMP

HIIT Focus - This 30–45-minute class, High Intensity Interval Training session focuses on improving cardio, building lean muscle mass, and losing weight. This class utilizes circuit training, TABATA, and interval training to ignite your metabolism all day burning calories long after your workout! Workouts include cardio (running/biking/rowing, free weights, TRX, functional, core stability, and body weight exercises. Workouts are in a format that caters to beginners and advanced and encouraged to work at their own pace and intensity level.

STRENGTH

Dynamic Strength - Our team suggests this class for anyone looking to improve technique and build strength for Spartan/Strongman obstacles. Classes focus on push, pull, and carry muscle groups and include structured free weight circuits and the combination of fundamental Functional movements like tire flips, farmer carries, sled pushes, sandbag carries, and rope pulls. Workouts are in a format that caters to beginners and advanced to develop strength and functional conditioning.

STRENGTH

Barbell Strength - During this session our professional coaches will focus on developing a strong base in weightlifting & powerlifting technique. Through structured strength and conditioning programs our athletes increase power, strength, and speed essential to improving Olympic lifts, Deadlift, Bench Press, and Squat. Workouts are in a format that caters to beginners and advanced to develop strength and functional conditioning.
