Brett Everett

Bio: Brett has his Bachelor's degree in Physical Education.  Brett is also a licensed business owner of B.E. Fit, a personal training business, in his hometown Phillipsburg, NJ.  In addition to his four years of personal training experience, he has two years of youth basketball experience, as well as enjoys teaching a women's self-defense class.  In Brett's spare time he enjoys basketball with friends, trying new foods every week and keeps up with current news in fitness.  He takes tremendous pride in every aspect of his job and is always researching new and improved functional movements because there is always something new to learn.  Brett's favorite fitness words to live by "One important key to success is self-confidence.  An important key to self-confidence is preparation," Arthur Ashe.

Hunter Murphy

Bio: Murphy is a graduate of Hunterdon Central Regional High School where he was a regional standout in football and wrestling. Hunter has a Bachelor of Science in Health and Human Performance with an emphasis in Athletic Training from Virginia's Roanoke College. While at Roanoke College, he earned over 1,000 clinical athletic training hours in an orthopedic hospital, physical therapy clinics as well as high school and collegiate sports teams. Hunter also participated in Roanoke College's Track and Field Team for all four years. Murphy continues his competitive attitude in fitness competitions including Spartan Races and Reebok Crossfit games.

Nicole Melchione

Bio: A graduate of Hunterdon Central Regional High School, she then attended RVCC and later on graduated from Towson University with a B.S. in Exercise Science. While attending Towson, Nicole played for both the Women’s Rugby and Ice Hockey teams, where the ice hockey team won 3 consecutive championships. Nicole was previously a personal/group trainer at Retro Fitness of Maryland, then took the opportunity to move back to Flemington to start her next career move at Nex Level Sports. Nicole has always faced new challenges and is constantly trying to improve her skills. Now she wants to take the opportunity to change the lives of others and challenge them to reach their goals and maximum potential.

Sean Anderson 

Bio: Sean is from Ellicott City, MD. He graduated from Centennial High School, where he was a standout basketball player. Sean has had the privilege to play with many skilled players, some able to reach the professional level. He then went to Virginia's Roanoke College where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training. In May of 2014. While at Roanoke, Sean was able work 1000 clinical hours in different settings. These settings included physical therapy clinics, hospitals working in both the emergency room and the operating room, and many hours working with the Athletes at Roanoke College.

Eileen Cafferty M.S.

Clover CrossFit founder, Eileen Cafferty's journey into health and fitness began as a student athlete who competed in both the 800 and 1500-meter races at San Francisco State University.

Eileen has a Masters in Kinesiology from A.T. Still University. She has been CrossFitting since 2011, and has trained clients under the mentorship of noted exercise therapist Gerald Erickson of Optimum Health and Exercise Therapy. During her time with Erickson, Eileen has trained clients from across the spectrum, including elite athletes, collegiate athletes, stay-at-home parents, busy executives, paraplegics, senior citizens, and cancer survivors. 

Her certifications include CrossFit Level-1 Trainer certificate, NCSF (2010), NYSC pre- and post-partum certification (2010), and TRX. She has expert knowledge in Active Release Techniques, Self Myofascial Release, Grey Cooks Functional Movement Screen, dynamic warm-up/metabolic ramping, program periodization, and kettlebells. She has been instructed by Todd Durkin in intensity intervals, Michael Boyle in program design, and Lee Burton in corrective exercise.

Eileen lives in Flemington with her husband David, labradoodle Harley, and cat named Monkey.

Pete Motta

Bio: A graduate of Hunterdon Central High School, Peter went right into his family business as an electrician. Staying physically fit and healthy has always been a big part of his life. As he spent more and more time at a gym, he finally decided to get his ACE training certificate. Now certified for 3 years, he spends his evenings helping his clients achieve their goals in ever-changing and exciting ways, whether it's one on one, or in small groups.
